The Workplace Conduct Unit investigates reports of inappropriate workplace conduct by legislative employees, legislative Members, or third parties based on a person’s protected class.

- informing your supervisor or any manager;

- reporting them in person to the Workplace Conduct Unit at 915 L Street, Suite 1260, Sacramento, CA 95814.
